Even though Takes One is primarily a dating blog, it seems that particular piece about me living it up has really resonated with viewers. We all have that list of things that we want to achieve and experience, and sometimes we just need a little push to get us started. You know the best stories in life tend to start with fuck it.
A couple of days ago though, the viewership of that article really blew up. A lot more than normal. Views from all over the world, some from countries I’ve only heard of before on Jeopardy maybe. I’ve realized that the reason for this is because Netflix recently released a movie called The F**k-It List.
It’s about a high school senior who’s life falls apart before his very eyes. He decides to cope by creating a f**k it list, a collection of things that he wished he had done. What a great idea.
I’m team Netflix over Hulu and Disney+ all day, every day. Thank you guys for using such a great idea to create this movie, and inadvertently bringing so much traffic to my blog. Really appreciate it. The reviews of the movie don’t look that hot though. If anybody from Netflix is reading this, please feel free to reach out, and I will help you guys create a proper one.
